Everyone seemed to dig the Skumbob "Hedkase" I did for Nice Bunny so I thought I would take a stab at creating a new paper toy from scratch. Doing a paper version of Skumbob's head seemed to be the natural thing to try. Here are some pics of how it came out! Download and build one for FREE!

So here is what I was thinkin, I want YOU to think of ways to Get the word of the skummiemister out for the world to see! Make Skummie's devilish little face and name known to the masses.
Like u could...
Do some sick FAN ART,
or Slap some stickers somewhere,
or make a fan sign and post it on your MySpace,
or maybe do a stencil,
or get a skummie tattoo
or some spray paint art,
or name your baby skummie
or wheat pasting,
or slap a sticker on ur grandma doin the metal horns
or if ya already got a Skummie shirt maybe you could take some crazy pic of yourself wearin it.
But those are just few suggestions, Im sure you guys can think of even better stuff.
Just any think you can come up with to make Skummie a little more known. All ya gotta do is snap a pic of your project and send on over to contest@skummie.com. I will post all the entry's on Skummie's MySpace page. They will be judged based on number of comments, creativity, and visibility.

January News: ABC's...and C's and D's--1/10/08-- YO
Let me fill you in on a few things...
A.
I've been working with a metal band called RUINATIONfor a few weeks now. They asked the ol skummiemister to come up with a new logo. We ended up creating not only a logo but a T-shirt design as well. I gotta say it turned out quite sick! Animal skulls and baseball bats...how can we go wrong with that! We will be unveiling these designs real soon.
B.
I'm doing a few skins for SKINCIRCUS. If you haven't been there go check it out they have some sick skins. I'm doing a "spade" theme and a skummie theme. I will let you know when they are up.
C.
Have you seen these paper toys? This guy over at NICEBUNNY makes these killer paper toy action figure things called HEADKACE. They rock! you can download them for free, print them, and build them out of paper! I will be designing a few to hopefully add to the series. Meanwhile make one!
D.
FATCHUNK will be making a two volume series of books featuring artists takes on different subjects. Volume One's theme will be "Robots", Volume Two's theme will be "Zombies". I will be taking part in volume two! Yep so I gotta draw up some brain muchin zombiez. Volume One will be out very soon! Pick up a copy!
